Return policy for webshop orders

1. Return period
You have the right to cancel the agreement within a period of 30 days after receiving your order. After registering your return via info@bykz.nl, you have an additional 14 days to actually send the product back.

2. Return costs
The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense. Please consult the website of your carrier (e.g., PostNL or DHL) for the exact rates. We recommend sending the package with a track & trace code, so you have proof of shipment and any issues can be resolved quickly.

3. Condition of the product
To receive a full refund, the returned product must meet the following requirements.
- The product must be undamaged.
- The product should be returned in its original packaging, if reasonably possible.
- You may, of course, inspect the product as you would in a physical store. If the product has been used or damaged, resulting in a decrease in value, we may charge you for this depreciation.

4. Step-by-step plan for returning your order
Do you want to return an item? Then follow these simple steps:
- Register your return: Send an email to info@bykz.nl or use our contact form. Please include your order number.
- Packaging: Pack the product securely, preferably in the original shipping box.
- Shipping: Affix postage to the package and send it to the return address below: Byk.nl Returns Hageneind 12 9482PE Tynaarlo.
- Proof: Keep your shipping receipt until your return has been processed.

5. Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will initiate the refund.
- We will refund the full purchase amount (excluding any shipping costs for the outbound shipment) as soon as possible.
- This will be done no later than 14 days after the cancellation of the purchase.
- We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.

6. Exceptions
Some products cannot be returned. This applies to:
- Products created by us according to the consumer's specifications (custom-made).
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery.

7. Defect or wrong product?
Have you received a damaged product or did we make a mistake with the delivery? Please first contact our customer service at info@bykz.nl before returning the package. In this case, we will gladly resolve the issue for you and of course, we will cover the return shipping costs.
