The delivery of your order

Delivery time

We do our best to ship the order as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM are attempted to be shipped the same day. On the product page of each individual product, there is an indication of the delivery time. If for any reason we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

After shipping, you will receive an automated message with a track and trace code from our website. You are responsible for tracking and receiving or picking up your package. If a package is returned to Bykz, we do not reimburse the shipping costs (again).

Complaints/returns

Complaints regarding your order must be submitted in writing to Bykz within 30 days. After this period, we consider the purchase completed and accepted as such.

Did your ordered product arrive damaged? Send us photos of the damaged packaging and the product, and we will provide a solution as soon as possible.

Shipping methods

All our shipments are handled by PostNL. If you wish to ship via a courier service, please contact us before placing your order for a price estimate.

We highly value sustainability and therefore choose to reuse packaging we receive from suppliers that is still in good condition for shipping our own products.

The rates for shipping your bike abroad are outlined below.

Of course, it is also possible to have the bikes shipped to you within the Netherlands by an external carrier with insurance. The cost within the Netherlands is €150.
