Description

De Streem Sprint 60/66 is ontwikkeld voor één doel: pure snelheid. Het 60mm voorwiel biedt de perfecte balans tussen aero-voordeel en stabiliteit, terwijl het 66mm achterwiel de luchtweerstand tot een minimum beperkt. De VONOA carbon spaken zorgen niet alleen voor een gewichtsbesparing van honderden grammen, maar verhogen ook de zijdelingse stijfheid, waardoor elke watt direct wordt omgezet in voorwaartse drang.

Technology

Het hart van deze wielset is de NEWMEN Fade achternaaf, die extreem stil is en ontworpen is voor een lange levensduur zonder extra weerstand. De VONOA spaken zijn direct in de naaf bevestigd en kunnen individueel worden vervangen, wat uniek is voor carbon spaken. De velgen maken gebruik van een aerodynamisch geoptimaliseerd profiel dat specifiek is getest op stabiliteit bij wisselende windhoeken.

Technical information / description
The favorite wheelset of Team Intermarché-Wanty sprinters: The combination of a 60mm high front wheel and a 66mm rear rim offers the best compromise between crosswind stability and low aerodynamic drag. The hooked rim with an internal width of 22mm guarantees optimal aerodynamics for tires up to 30mm wide. The external rim width of 32mm lays the foundation for a stiff aero wheelset and maximum speed in sprint finishes. For less air turbulence, we also rely on the integrated aero valve of the Streem VONOA, which completely disappears into the carbon rim. The result: better aerodynamics and a cleaner look.

Furthermore, the Streem Sprint VONOA set is one of the fastest aero wheels in the 60mm class, as our measurements in the GST wind tunnel in Immenstaad have shown. This makes it the first choice for flat terrains. The aero set reduces aerodynamic drag better than many competitors, especially above and below an angle of attack of 10 degrees. What's more, the VONOA carbon spokes make it one of the lightest models in its class with a weight of 1355 grams.
