Delivery of your order

Shipping Period

We do our best to ship orders as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM are usually shipped the same day. The product page of each individual product provides an indication of the delivery time. Should we, for any reason, be unable to meet this delivery time, we will naturally inform you as soon as possible.

After dispatch, you will receive an automated message with a track and trace code from our website. You are responsible for tracking and receiving, or collecting, your package. If a package is returned to Bykz, we will not reimburse the shipping costs (again).

Complaints/returns

Complaints regarding your order must be submitted in writing to Bykz within 30 days. After this period, we consider the purchase to be complete and accepted as such.

Has your ordered product arrived damaged? Send us photos of the damaged packaging and product, and we will provide a solution as soon as possible.

Shipping methods

All our shipments are processed by PostNL. If you wish to ship via a courier service, please contact us before placing your order for a price indication.

We prioritize sustainability and therefore choose to reuse packaging materials that we receive from suppliers and that are still in good condition for shipping our own items.

The rates for shipping your bicycle abroad are outlined below.

Of course, it is also possible to have the bicycles sent to you insured within the Netherlands by an external carrier. The costs within the Netherlands are €150,-.

Germany: Insured shipping €185,-
Austria: Insured shipping €200,-
Switzerland: Insured shipping €225,-
Italy: Insured shipping €225,-
