Return Policy Webshop Orders

  • 1. Return period

    You have the right to revoke the agreement within 30 days after receipt of your order. After registering your return via info@bykz.nl, you have another 14 days to actually return the product.

  • 2. Return shipping costs

    The return costs are at your own expense. For exact rates, please consult the website of your carrier (e.g. PostNL or DHL). We recommend sending the parcel with a track & trace code, so that you have proof of shipment and any ambiguities can be resolved quickly.

  • 3. Product condition

    To receive a full refund of the purchase price, the returned product must meet the following requirements.

    • The product must be undamaged.
    • The product must be returned in its original packaging (if reasonably possible).
    • You may, of course, inspect and examine the product as you would in a physical store. If the product has been used or damaged, causing a reduction in value, we may charge you for this depreciation.
  • 4. Steps to return your order

    Would you like to return an item? Follow these simple steps:

    1. Register your return: Send an email to info@bykz.nl or use our contact form. Please include your order number.
    2. Packaging: Pack the product carefully and securely, preferably in the original shipping box.
    3. Shipping: Affix postage to the package and send it to the return address below: Byk.nl Returns Hageneind 12 9482PE Tynaarlo.
    4. Proof: Keep your proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
  • 5. Repayment

    Once we have received and checked your return, we will initiate the refund process.

    • We will refund the full purchase amount (excluding any outbound shipping costs) as quickly as possible.
    • This will happen no later than 14 days after cancellation of the purchase.
    • We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
  • 6. Exceptions

    Some products cannot be returned. This applies to:

    • Products created by us according to the consumer's specifications (custom-made).
    • Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
  • 7. Defective or wrong product?

    Have you received a damaged product or did we make a mistake with the delivery? Please contact our customer service at info@bykz.nl first before returning the package. In this case, we will be happy to resolve the issue for you and will, of course, cover the return costs.
