Description

The ENVE SES 6.7 (Smart ENVE System) is designed with one goal: to be the fastest wheelset in the world under real-world conditions. While many aero wheels only perform well in a wind tunnel, the 6.7 excels on the open road. The set is unique due to its optimized shapes: the front wheel is lower and wider for maximum stability and handling, while the rear wheel is taller and narrower for minimal air resistance. With a weight that is surprisingly low for this depth, the SES 6.7 is not only an aero monster on flat terrain but also a surprisingly capable climbing partner.

Technology

The SES 6.7 uses ENVE’s patentedSmart ENVE Systemtechnology, where the rim shapes are specifically tailored to their position on the bike. An essential part of this set is theWide Hookless Bead. This technology increases the rim bed surface area, drastically reducing the chance of a "snakebite" (pinch flat) and enhancing impact resistance. The wheels are fullyTubeless-Optimizedfor lower rolling resistance and more comfort. The internal shape of the rim bed ensures the tire stays perfectly in place even at high speeds and extreme corners.
