The best wheels for your road bike at the best price? Meet our brand new 45mm carbon aero rims, the Omnia CLR45! The sleek wheels are equipped with our latest 12mm thru-axle IONA hubs with a rigid ratchet body engagement system. With an internal rim width of 21mm, you can fit all modern size road tires (25mm to 36mm). You can even take them off-road for a gravel adventure with tires up to 57mm.

NEW CLR45 RACING RIMS
The Omnia CLR45 is a lightweight unidirectional carbon rim with a wider 21mm internal width and a 45mm rim height. This makes it easy to fit wider road or gravel tires. In addition, the rim has excellent damping and anti-vibration properties.

IONA S HUBS
The Ere Research Iona S hubs are 100% designed in-house with precision manufacturing. The hubs are rock solid and will last virtually forever if properly maintained. The straight pull hub set has a low profile and robust design. The angled flange supports the directional force going through the hub body, so it can withstand any load. Our trusted Iona S hubs are as light as possible without sacrificing strength and reliability. At the same time, we maintained the structural integrity with an ultra-thin wall design made from high grade aluminum. This results in a weight of only 242 grams for the rear hub and 113 grams for the front hub. The front hub uses a 100x12mm axle. For the rear hub we use 12x142mm axles. Axles are not included with the wheels. The rear hub is paired with a 36-tooth star ratchet freehub and is designed around 4 Ere custom cartridge bearings. Both the front and rear hubs are equipped with centerlock disc brake mounts.

TORQUE 2 DESIGN
The Ere Torque 2 design absorbs the forces transferred to the Iona S hubs from disc brake forces during braking. When the rear wheel receives torque from the hub body through pressure from the chain and cassette, those forces are directed to the strongest material. This allows us to remove material where possible and add material where necessary.

SAPIM SPOKES
The front wheel is equipped with 20 aero-bladed Sapim CX Leader spokes that are connected to the rim with Sapim Double Square black aluminum nipples. For the rear wheel we use 24 aero-bladed Sapim CX Leader spokes for extra stability during acceleration.

TUBELESS READY
The wheels are equipped with Ere ProClose tubeless rim tape for an easy tubeless setup.

Remember to use valves with a minimum length of 40mm. Check out our ProClose range for all your tubeless components.

The set includes spare spokes and nipples.
